We are especially proud that many students feel that sustainability is so critical to their educational experience that they choose to take it upon themselves to demonstrate their commitment outside of the classroom. Solar Decathlon
Georgia Tech's 2007 entry in the exciting national competition for the design and construction of the best solar house on the Mall in Washington, D.C.

Solar Jackets
The Solar Jackets at the Georgia Institute of Technology is a solar racing competition club established to explore alternative energy designs.

Students Organizing for Sustainability
The primary focus of this group is to run grassroots campaigns on a wide range of environmental/political/and social issues in order to promote the greater goal of building a more sustainable campus, community, and world.

Interested in moving sustainable technologies to the marketplace? The Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) program is a unique approach to preparing students for the challenges of commercializing new technologies and delivering innovative products to the marketplace.
