Planning Your Program of Study

There are two general education objectives that form the foundation for education on sustainable technology and development. These are the objectives for (1) scientific culture and values and (2) global awareness, human values, and culture.

The general studies requirements for courses in the humanities and social sciences are highly elective. Our goal is to improve student advising and learning outcomes assessment so as to assure that students achieve a high level of competency in scientific culture and values, and global awareness, human values, and culture.

Every major has specific learning objectives and course requirements. If you would like more information on how to learn about sustainability in your program of study, contact us.
